Todd and Sandy DeKreek began their construction careers in 1992 working for a general contracting company in Sacramento. Todd’s background in project management and Sandy’s experience in contract administration, accounting and project management made them the perfect team to start El Dorado Hills-based DeKreek Construction Inc.
“We don’t want to be the largest general contractor in the area -- that is not our objective. Maintaining our reputation for delivering high-quality general contracting services to our clients is our main goal,” says Todd DeKreek, president of DeKreek Construction Inc.

Their client base is located in Sacramento, Roseville, Rocklin, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Manteca and Elk Grove and includes Gallaway Commercial, Citadel Equities, Stanford Ranch LLC, The Stauffer Company, Shea Properties and Hines.
“Our projects can vary from relocating a wall to a complete build-out of 80,000 square feet to the construction of a concrete tilt-up building,” explains Todd.

He is responsible for management and coordination of all field operations and maintaining positive relations with building officials. Rick is committed to delivering a quality product within an aggressive project timeline. His teamwork and innovation promotes long lasting relationships with our subcontractors, architects and clients.
KORY M. MOORE, Project Superintendent
Kory has over 24 years of experience in development, construction and management of real estate communities and has been involved in single family residential, multi-family residential and commercial projects. Kory has supervised over $200,000,000 of real estate construction and development during his career.
